Driving directions for 81 Highland Avenue - From 128 North, take the Lowell St. exit (exit 26), towards Peabody/Salem (East). Lowell St. becomes Main St., it then becomes Boston St. The end of Boston St. is marked by a large monument in the center of the roadway. Turn right onto Essex St (Rte 107) which becomes Highland Ave.
There are two left-hand entrances to North Shore Medical Center - you will take the SECOND entrance, up the hill, near a set of traffic lights. Patient parking for the North Shore Cardiovascular Associates can be found at the rear of the main building. Follow signs for the Axelrod 5 Rear Entrance.

Driving directions for 480 Lynnfield Street - From Route 95/128 North, take Exit 44B (Rt. 129/Rt. I) toward Lynn. Follow the signs to Rt. 129 to the rotary and take the Lynnfield St. Lynn exit (towards Swampscott) out of the rotary. You will come to Union Hospital in approx. one mile on your right. Our office at 480 Lynnfield Street is in the lower level of the Medical Building just past Union Hospital (on the hospital campus).

After you pass Irving Gas Station on your left, go to the next set of lights and make a U-turn towards Salem. We are located at 331 Highland Ave., on your right, approximately 200 yards from where you turned. Turn into the driveway next to Hutchinson Medical Supply. You will see a large sign for North Shore Cardiovascular Associates. Drive around to the rear of the building where our entrance is.
