During Business Hours

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our office is closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. When you call, our receptionists will transfer your call to the appropriate Physician or Clinical Assistant. If the person you are trying to reach is not available, you will be transferred to voicemail. If all lines are busy, our automated system will direct you to the voicemail of the person you are trying to reach. All telephone calls are returned within 24 hours. Please note that we return calls on a priority basis.

After Business Hours

If you call outside of normal business hours, our answering service will forward your message to the physician "on call" for the group, and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Emergency Care

If you are having chest pain that is not relieved after nitroglycerin, dial 911 to get help immediately! Do not drive yourself to the hospital! The ambulance personnel will assist you.

During business hours you can call any of our offices. Please identify your problem as clearly as you can. We will handle your call as efficiently as possible. For after hours emergency calls, dial (978) 744-5900 and our answering service will page the "on call" physician who will return your call. All non-urgent calls will be handled within 24 hours.
